Your data will be used for purposes related to your registration for the event organized by K-WAY S.p.A. with sole shareholder, as well as for the use of your image in the creation of photographic/video material and/or for promotional and profiling activities, provided that you have provided specific consent thereto.

The personal data collected for the purposes outlined above will not be communicated and/or disseminated except as required by law to authorities, administrations, public bodies, and authorized personnel involved in pursuing the above-mentioned purpose.
The data subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of whether the data exists, to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, request its integration or updating, or rectification (arts. 15 and 16 of the Regulation). Furthermore, the data subjects have the right to request the deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (“Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali” – Data Protection Authority), as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their data (arts. 17 et seq. of the Regulation).
